Here's what you can expect
Application and First Interview
Begin your journey by applying through our career site and by selecting the 'Course Creator / Online Instructor' role. It may take some time from our HR panel's side, to review applications thoroughly, but rest assured, as you will receive a response within 72 hours.
Second and Final Interview
Successful candidates from the initial interview phase will receive an email, inviting them to schedule a final video conference session with our accommodating HR panel. This is your chance to let your personality shine and demonstrate your teaching skills.
Gentle reminder: please make sure that you schedule a slot, preferably 48 hours ahead, e.g. if today is Monday morning you could schedule your interview for Wednesday morning; so that our recruitment team will be able to prioritise your slot.
Congratulations and Profile Creation
Upon successfully passing the final interview, you'll receive an email, congratulating you on your new role as a course creator! You'll then be invited to create your profile on our educational platform, where you can start sharing your expertise with fellow learning enthusiasts and students alike.
Please note: while anyone can create a student account on our website, becoming an online instructor requires our team's verification process, to maintain the high quality standards of education we provide.
