What Does it Take to Become a Course Creator with us?
To be a course creator at Suited Tutor, certain requirements need to be fulfilled, to ensure the delivery of high-quality educational content. We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree: A bachelor's degree in a related field is a fundamental requirement, laying the foundation for a comprehensive understanding of the subject matter.
- Teaching Experience: Possess a minimum of x3 years of teaching or course instruction experience, demonstrating your proficiency in conveying knowledge effectively.
- Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to engage with learners of diverse backgrounds and learning styles.
- Independent & Team Player: Showcase the ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively, as part of a dynamic team, contributing to the collective success of both parties, yours and the learners'.
- Tech Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, ensuring seamless integration with our educational platform.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Master’s or PhD degree in a related field: A higher academic qualification, showcasing a commitment to continuous learning.
- Experience in online course instruction: Familiarity and adaptability with virtual learning environments.
- Knowledge of instructional design principles: Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and well-versed with the course materials you are going to create.
