Welcome to Suited Tutor! We’re excited to have you and your child on board. To ensure everything runs nice and smoothly, we’ll guide you through the simple process of linking your child’s account to yours. Let’s get started!
💡Just a quick note: This guide is specifically for parents of students under 16 years old. To enable online transactions and class bookings, your child’s account needs to be linked to yours. (If your child is over 16, you don’t need to link an account).
Step-by-Step Guide
Let’s walk through it together - here’s how!

Access the Account Menu: Log in to Suited Tutor and click on the ‘Account’ menu on the left-hand side of your screen. Then, select ‘Children’ from the list that appears.

Add Your Child’s Details: Click the ‘Add Child’ button to open the form where you can enter your child’s details, including their first name, last name, email, and your relationship to them (e.g., 'Father' or 'Mother').

Save and Send Confirmation: After entering your child’s details, click ‘Save Changes’. A confirmation email will then be sent to your child's email to complete the process.

Child’s Account Verification: Please ask your child to check their email inbox for the email titled ‘Your Account Activation Details at Suited Tutor’. In this email, they should click the ‘Click Here’ link to approve your request. If they already have an account, they can scroll down and click ‘this link’ instead.

Account Verification Complete: Once your child clicks the link, a new tab will open showing a message confirming their account is verified. That’s it - your child’s account is now successfully linked!
