Can I Get a Refund If I Change My Mind About a Class?

Yes, you can reschedule or cancel a class, as long as you contact both our Suited Tutor team and your assigned tutor. Please note the following timeframes for eligibility for a refund:

  1. 48 hours or more before the class: If you provide us and your tutor with at least 48 hours' notice, you are entitled to a 100% refund.

  2. Between 24 to 48 hours before the class (special circumstances): In some cases, such as a medical issue, if you provide us with a notice between 48 to 24 hours, you may still claim a 100% refund.

  3. Less than 24 hours before the class (8 to 24 hours): If the class is rescheduled or cancelled within 8 to 24 hours before the scheduled time, the tutor can claim 50% of the lesson’s earnings.

  4. Less than 8 hours before the class: If the class is missed or rescheduled with less than 8 hours' notice, the tutor can claim 100% of the lesson's earnings. This depends on the tutor’s discretion, so please reach out to us if this happens.

Special Circumstances

Unforeseen situations can occur, and we want to ensure you’re covered:

  • If the tutor can’t attend: If the tutor experiences a medical emergency, technical issues, or other unforeseen events that prevent them from attending the class, you’re entitled to a 100% refund, or if tutor doesn’t notify you at least 8 hours in advance.

  • If the student can’t attend: If the student is unwell or facing technical issues, we can offer a discretionary 100% refund or allow you to carry the credit over to the next lesson.

  • Repeated scenarios: If similar issues happen from the student's side multiple times (more than two or three times), the tutor will be entitled to 50% or 100% of the lesson's earnings, depending on their discretion.

If I’m Not Satisfied with My Tutor, Can I Get a Refund?

We want every student to have the best learning experience possible. If you’re unhappy with your tutor’s engagement or lesson quality, please reach out to our friendly Suited Tutor support team. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure you are satisfied.

What if I Was Charged Incorrectly?

If you believe you’ve been charged incorrectly, you can always contact us with all relevant details. Our team will investigate and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge.
