I have changed my mind about the classes. Can I still get a refund? 

Tuition classes can be rescheduled or cancelled, as long as a 48-hour notice, (or at least a 24-hour notice in special circumstances), has been communicated to the tutors or ourselves, (referring to our Suited Tutor team). In that case, the customer, (referring to the parent, guardian, or student), is entitled to receive a 100% refund.

Should you decide, (as a parent, guardian, or student), to reschedule a class or cancel a lesson booking, in a timeframe period of - less than 24 hours, (between 8 to 24 hours), then the tutor is entitled to claim a 50% refund from the lesson's earnings.

In addition, if your beloved child misses a class or if you - as a parent/guardian decide to reschedule a class in a timeframe period of - less than 8 hours, (between a few seconds to 8 hours), then the tutor is entitled to claim a 100% refund of the lesson's earnings. This depends purely upon the tutor's discretion. 

Special Circumstances

In the event of any unforeseen circumstances, out of which the tutor may not be able to attend the lesson, for example, it could be a medical emergency, technical implication or perhaps getting stuck in traffic, or if he/she has not confirmed or notified the customer in a period of - at least 8 hours in advance, then you - as a parent/guarding/student can claim a 100% refund.

In addition, should an unprecedented scenario occur, for instance, the student is feeling unwell or he/she is facing a technical issue, then the customer can be fully (100%) compensated or utilise those class earnings for the next lesson, without getting charged.

Should the same scenario get repeated multiple times, (more than two or three times), then depending on the tutor's discretion, the tutor is entitled to receive either 50% or 100% of the lesson's earnings.

If I'm not satisfied with my teacher/tutor, can I get a refund?

In the event, you are unhappy with the lesson's quality or perhaps the tutor's lack of engagement, which will hopefully never be the case, then you can reach out to us; so that our friendly team would be able to devise an effective plan that will work in your favour.

My credit/debit card was charged incorrectly. What shall I do?

If you feel that you have been charged incorrectly, then please contact Suited Tutor at info@suitedtutor.com with a detailed explanation and our team will do its best, to further investigate it and shed some light on that case immediately.

Requests for refunds must be submitted to Suited Tutor within 14 days of the incurred charge, in order to be considered.
