At Suited Tutor, we believe in building a trusted and inclusive network of brand ambassadors, supporters and change-makers - including parents, tutors, instructors, students, influencers, and others who are passionate about education and making a meaningful community impact.

Whether you are sharing our revolutionary mission with a friend or building a thriving affiliate network, this program is designed to reward your efforts transparently, fairly and consistently.

About the Program

Suited Tutor's Affiliate Program is a fully automated and seamless referral-based system designed to help you earn commissions for every successful class booking made through your unique affiliate link.

As an affiliate, you will receive:

Your own personal referral link to share on social media, websites, emails, or privately. (Sky is the limit!)
Real-time insights via your affiliate dashboard (including clicks, bookings, earnings, and payouts).
Monthly earnings sent directly to your chosen payment method or bank account.
Inclusive access via a multilingual portal so you can operate comfortably in your preferred language.

No technical knowledge required - all it takes... it's just your voice, network, and enthusiasm to help others discover Suited Tutor.

Commission Tiers – Earn as You Grow

We offer three generous commission tiers, designed to grow with your influence and reach:

Starter Tier (Default Tier for All New Affiliates)

Earn 10% commission on all successful class bookings made through your referral link.
This is the default starting rate for every approved affiliate - perfect for beginners, tutors, influencers, or supportive parents sharing the opportunity.

Achiever Tier

Earn 13% commission.
To qualify: Your referred users must have made 10 or more successful class bookings through Suited Tutor.
A great step up for active affiliates growing their rewarding community.

Ambassador Tier

Earn 15% commission - our most rewarding tier.
To qualify: Your referred users must have made 20 or more successful bookings.
Ideal for high-performing brand advocates making a consistent impact.

Note💡: All bookings are calculated in GBP (£) and commissions are based on completed and paid sessions only.

Multi-Level Commission System – Grow Together, Earn Together

We understand the power of a supprotive community. That’s why we have introduced a multi-level commission system, enabling you to earn additional rewards when you refer other affiliates - who, in turn, refer their own networks.

How It Works:

Let’s say:

Affiliate A refers Affiliate B
Affiliate B refers Affiliate C
Affiliate C makes a sale (a class booking)

Here’s what happens:

Level	Who Earns	Commission
Level 0	Affiliate C	Full commission (10%, 13% or 15%)
Level 1	Affiliate B	5% of what C earned
Level 2	Affiliate A	3% of what C earned

Note💡: These extra commissions come from Suited Tutor, not out of the original affiliate’s earnings - everyone wins.

Example Scenario:

Let’s break it down step-by-step using a realistic situation of a £100 class booking made on Suited Tutor's website:

Referral Chain:

Affiliate A refers Affiliate B
Affiliate B refers Affiliate C
Affiliate C shares their unique link, and a customer books a class worth £100
The commission tier that Affiliate C qualifies for is 10% (Starter Tier)

Commission Breakdown:

Level 0	Affiliate C	£10.00	10% of £100
Level 1	Affiliate B	£0.50	5% of C's £10
Level 2	Affiliate A	£0.30	3% of C's £10

Total Paid Out by Suited Tutor:

£10.00 to Affiliate C
£0.50 to Affiliate B
£0.30 to Affiliate A
= £10.80 in commissions paid by Suited Tutor

Important Notes:

Affiliate C keeps their full commission - no earnings are deducted from their reward.
Affiliate B and A receive bonus commissions as an incentive for growing the affiliate network.
Suited Tutor covers all commissions - customers don’t pay more, and no commissions are deducted from other affiliates' earnings.

Payouts and Payment Methods

Your efforts deserve prompt and reliable payment. Here’s what to expect:

Payout Frequency: Monthly (typically at the end of each month).
Minimum Withdrawal Amount: £40 (British Pounds).
Payment Options: You can choose either:
- Bank Transfer (UK and international)
- Wise (formerly TransferWise), for quick and global payouts.

Affiliates must ensure that accurate payment details are submitted to avoid delays.

Tracking & Transparency

Each affiliate is given a secure and personalised dashboard where you can:

Track how many users clicked your referral link.
See how many bookings were made as a result.
Monitor your commission growth over time.
Download or view your monthly earnings and payout history.

Your dashboard is multilingual - so you can switch to your preferred language and navigate comfortably. We are always adding new languages to reflect the global nature of our community.

Application & Ethics

To protect the quality and fairness of our program, each applicant must complete a short affiliate application. This includes 4 questions designed to ensure alignment with Suited Tutor’s:

Mission - Empowering learners and supporting accessible education.
Integrity - Honest, ethical, and responsible promotion.
Community Impact - Affiliates should aim to serve others, not just profit.
Inclusivity - Everyone should feel safe and welcome in our platform.

Once approved, you will be granted full access to the affiliate portal and can start promoting immediately.

Program Rules & Conditions

By participating in the affiliate program, you agree to the following:

You may not use deceptive or misleading tactics to gain referrals.
You may not refer yourself using your own link.
Commissions apply only to successfully paid class bookings. Cancelled or refunded sessions do not qualify.
We reserve the right to review, suspend or remove affiliate accounts that breach these terms or harm Suited Tutor’s reputation.
We may update this policy from time to time to ensure fairness and compliance.
