Payments
Once a learning session has been mutually agreed upon and booked, between the parent/guardian and the tutor, then a digital payment needs to be conducted (at least 48 hours) in advance, to ensure that both parties are equally committed to the session.
Before you conduct the online transaction, you will be asked to enter and authenticate your card details through your personal bank account. Simply for your reference, all card numbers and their sensitive data are secured by Stripe's encrypted disk using AES-256 and they are also PCI compliant.
Prohibited Actions
Our tutors do not accept any offline payments, (cash), or other financial incentives outside the Suited Tutor platform, as such actions will breach our company's policies, such as (and to name a few) the Customer's Code of Conduct and Tutor Code of Conduct and Ethics and may result in terminating your account.
Other Lesson Payment Types
Currently, we can solely accept online payments or BACS, (bank-to-bank transfers between banks), and we cannot accept coupons, cheques or childcare vouchers.
