Other Scenarios
If you miss a class or if your parents decide to reschedule a class in a timeframe period of - less than 3 hours, then the tutor is entitled to claim a 100% refund of the lesson's earnings.
If you decide to reschedule or cancel a lesson booking, in a timeframe period of - less than 12 hours, then the tutor is entitled to claim a 50% refund from the lesson's earnings.
In the event, you are unhappy with the lesson's quality or perhaps the tutor's lack of engagement, which will hopefully never be the case, then you can reach out to us; so that our friendly team would be able to devise an effective plan that will work in your favour.
Good to Know
To prevent encountering any unexpected scenarios or if you ever decide, in the near future, to either reschedule or cancel any future bookings, then it would be advisable to reach out to your tutor ideally 48 hours (or at least 24 hours) in advance, so that they will be kept informed. In that case, you could claim a full refund, without any questions asked.
