Here at Suited Tutor, we warm-heartedly welcome our valuable customers' aspirations and feedback, great or not, so that we can continually enhance your browsing and user experience. As your voice matters to us.
What Type of Feedback Can I Share?
We will do our best to embrace our loyal customers'/clients' feedback, which can be any (but not limited) to the following:
- Suggest a new website or app feature: for example, include an intuitive and easy-to-interact chatbot
- Spotted a web 'bug': for example, you have identified a broken link, or perhaps you have attempted to click on a social media icon, which does not work or redirect you to the specified site/app as expected
- Spotted a typo: for instance, you have spotted some context that should be displayed as 'password', rather than 'passoword'
- Suggest any other idea(s): for instance, it would be nice to have a Suited Tutor podcast.
- Share with us other 'out-of-the-box' recommendations: for example, it would be great if you could add an FAQ article about...

How Do I Share my Feedback?
Once signed in, click on the 'Give Feedback' option, located in the bottom left corner of the screen. Then, select or tap upon the appropriate category, such as 'Feature', 'Bug' or 'Other'. (Screenshot attached for your convenience).
Don't forget to share some additional comments or recommendations within the description and finally click or tap on 'Send'. (Screenshot attached for your convenience).
Not Tech-Savvy?
Not a problem at all. Simply email us at care@suitedtutor.com and enclose your bright ideas, along with a written description and/or any associated images, videos or files.
