This is as simple as 'ABC'. If you ever encounter a case, where the chatbot is either 'playing up' or not responding as expected, then it would be advisable to refresh your web page or delete the website's cookies.

How to refresh your webpage

Hover your mouse icon via your desktop or browser, (or as a smartphone user, scroll all the way up), and then from the top left corner, click or tap on the circular arrow icon. (You may also refer to the screenshot below).

How to delete the website cookies.

Hover your mouse icon via your desktop or browser, (or as a smartphone user, scroll all the way up), and then from the top left corner, click or tap on the locker icon.

Locate and click or tap on 'Cookies and site data'

Select 'Manage cookies and site data'.

Then tap or click on the 'bin' icon and please don't forget to click the 'Done' button.

Finally, you may be asked or prompted by the system, to reload the page for the cookie setting to take effect. Kindly accept it and select 'Reload'.
