Training Opportunities
We believe that training is imperative, to ensure that tutors and teachers are equipped with all of the necessary knowledge and skills, to conduct effective and engaging classes. Suited Tutor invests in its tutors' professional growth and development, so that their potential will be further enhanced and cultivated.
Training Benefits
We would like to believe that there are numerous benefits derived from the training opportunities, such as:
- boosts subject knowledge
- improves understanding
- increases efficiency
- promotes accountability
- receive accredited qualifications
- helps tutors familiarise themselves with digital educational solutions (technology-based learning)
- build stronger and healthier rapport with students/parents
What type of training is provided?
Each tutor role, for example, English, Maths, Science or Law Tutor, requires a different and unique approach, when it comes to training. Thus, each training programme is bespoke and tailored to each academic specialist, to suit best the role's needs.
To add, each training and development scheme could be comprised of (but not limited to):
- our tutors' onboarding process
- the company's orientation programme
- learning about the relevant technical skills
- boosting your soft skills
- enriching team and collaboration competencies
Who is going to sponsor my training?
Suited Tutor has got you covered! We are offering complimentary and first-class training to all of our tutors; so that you (as a tutor) could focus on your personal and professional growth.
Can I suggest any additional courses?
We would be happy to incorporate and embrace any of your training suggestions, outside the training scheme that Suited Tutor already offers.
Hence, we would advise you to reach out to us at care@suitedtutor.com and share a detailed description of the training courses that you are considering, along with the respective tutor benefits. We promise we will do our best to devise an effective plan, which will work in your favour.
Good to Know
We are proudly advocating a continually developing and growth mindset, as we perceive any emerging setbacks or upcoming challenges, as a great opportunity to thrive and enhance our people's abilities and allure - about learning. We would lead by example and foremost walk the talk, rather than talk the walk. However, in order to achieve this, we would need your collective input and contributions. As Chris Gardner once said:
Walk the talk and go forward all the time. Don't just talk that talk, walk it and go forward. Also, the walk didn't have to be long strides; baby steps counted too. Go Forward!
