At Suited Tutor, keeping your account secure is our top priority. Whether you're a student, parent or tutor, we make sure your registration is safe and verified. That’s why we’ll send a one-time passcode (OTP) to both your mobile number and email - just to confirm it’s really you.

However, there are 46 countries, where mobile OTP delivery is currently unsupported, due to mobile network restrictions or lack of coverage. This means that if your mobile number is registered in any of the following countries below, you may not receive the OTP required to sign up and verify your account with Suited Tutor.

What You Need to Know:

  • OTPs are required for all initial sign-ups, whether you're using the form or Single Sign-On (SSO) (e.g. Google, Apple or Facebook).

  • If you're using a number from one of the restricted countries, (as seen below), your registration may not be completed.

  • To successfully sign up, we strongly recommend using a UK mobile number or a number from a country not listed below.

What You Can Do & Solutions

If you are from one of the above countries or use a mobile number registered there, don't worry! Simply:

  1. Use a UK mobile number or

  2. Choose a number from a supported country (any country not listed above e.g. Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Israel and many more).

This ensures you’ll receive the OTP codes needed to verify and activate your account without issues.
