We’re excited to share how you can stay on top of your messages with our intuitive and innovative internal messaging system!
Here’s how tutors, students, and parents can ensure they never miss an important message or update.
Enabling Notifications
To stay on top of your messages, you can enable notifications from the settings menu:
- Step 1: Click on the "(...)" icon, (referring to the "More Options" setting), next to your profile image or status area
- Step 2: From the left-hand side panel, please enable or tick (✔️) the "Sound Notifications" option, to receive an audible alert for any new or upcoming messages.
- Step 3: Look out for the "Pop-up Notifications" option and kindly make sure it's enabled/ ticked (✔️), which will then display a message counter. For example, if a student sends a tutor 4 messages, the tutor will see a counter, indicating 4 unread messages.
Managing Messages
Easily manage your messages with these simple actions:
- Reply to this Message: Respond to specific messages, by clicking first the "arrow" icon - next to the message, and then by selecting the "reply to this message" option.
- Delete this Message: Remove unwanted messages for a cleaner inbox by selecting the "delete this message" option.
- Forward Message: Share messages with others, by simply using the "forward message" option next to the message.
These features will exponentially help keep your communication streamlined and efficient.
